The Short Version
The Cardsharp™ iOS app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app works entirely offline. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate traffic measurement.
App Data Collection
The Cardsharp™ iOS app collects no data of any kind. There are no user accounts, no login, no registration, and no sign-up process. The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal or non-personal information.
Local Storage
Your favorites and AI search history are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage. This data is never transmitted to any server, and Cardsharp, LLC has no access to it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
AI Features
The AI search tab uses Apple's Foundation Models framework, which runs a language model entirely on your device. Your queries are processed locally and are never sent to any server—not to Cardsharp, LLC, not to Apple, and not to any third party. The AI only accesses the card game rules and glossary data bundled within the app.
Third-Party Services
The Cardsharp™ iOS app uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking technologies of any kind. This website uses Vercel to host the site and Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate website traffic.
Website Analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not give Cardsharp, LLC information that identifies individual visitors. Vercel may process anonymous data points such as page URL, route, referrer, filtered query parameters, event timestamp, approximate geolocation, device type, operating system, browser, and Web Analytics script version. Cardsharp, LLC uses this aggregate information to understand website traffic.
App Network Activity
The Cardsharp™ iOS app makes no network requests. The app functions identically with or without an internet connection.
Children's Privacy
Because the Cardsharp™ iOS app collects no data from any user, it collects no data from children. The app contains no mechanisms for data collection from users of any age.

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
