The Short Version
Cardsharp™ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app works entirely offline. Nothing leaves your device.
Data Collection
Cardsharp™ collects no data of any kind. There are no user accounts, no login, no registration, and no sign-up process. The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal or non-personal information.
Local Storage
Your favorites and AI search history are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage. This data is never transmitted to any server, and Cardsharp, LLC has no access to it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
AI Features
The AI search tab uses Apple's Foundation Models framework, which runs a language model entirely on your device. Your queries are processed locally and are never sent to any server—not to Cardsharp, LLC, not to Apple, and not to any third party. The AI only accesses the card game rules and glossary data bundled within the app.
Third-Party Services
Cardsharp™ uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or tracking technologies of any kind.
Network Activity
Cardsharp™ makes no network requests. The app functions identically with or without an internet connection.
Children's Privacy
Because Cardsharp™ collects no data from any user, it collects no data from children. The app contains no mechanisms for data collection from users of any age.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Because the app collects no data, changes are unlikely.
